Chicken Parmesan

1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 egg
1/2 C. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 C. Parmesan cheese
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
4 slices mozzarella cheese
1 (25 oz.) jar of pasta sauce

Smear olive oil around the bottom of your slow cooker.
Beat the egg in a shallow dish and set aside. Combine bread crumbs with seasonings and parmesan in a flat dish.
Dip the chicken in the egg, then the bread crub mixture, coating both sides. Place the chicken in the bottom of your slow cooker. Place a slice of mozzarella cheese on top of each chicken piece and pour the pasta sauce on top. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours, or high for 4 hours. Serve with pasta.
