Mandarin Orange Cake

I found this one on AllRecipes.com, and it was a winner! I'm trying to use up a whole bunch of cake mixes that we've had in our food storage for a while. And this was a perfect recipe for that. We especially liked the topping. It was a great alternative to those rich store-bought frostings. Check it out.
